Company”,” Us”, or “We” ("Digital Television Services (IOW)") and Customer (“you"), in consideration of the mutual covenants, agreements and provisions set forth herein and hereon, hereby agree that the purchase of  Digital Television Services (IOW)") products and services shall be subject to and in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

1. Introduction
Digital Television Services (IOW) is a digital television reception, distribution and related products company we offer a service to customers, to supply, install and maintain digital television reception, distribution and related products.

2. Customer Complaints
Digital Television Services (IOW) endeavours to respond to complaints within 5 working days.

3. Acceptance
There will be no contract of any kind between you and Digital Television Services (IOW) unless and until Digital Television Services (IOW) actually perform a service or supply a product to you. Your quote is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually carry out the service to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the service to you without giving any reason. The moment the service is carried out (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us,

4. Cancellation

4.1
The company (Digital Television Services (IOW)) has the right to cancel a service at any time.

4.2
The Customer has the right to cancel any service provided to you/them

4.3
A minimum of 24 hours is required by you to cancel a service, or product that has been booked.

5 . Prices

5.1
Prices are correct from the moment that the Customer has been quoted for a service they enquiry about. Prices will remain valid for 30 days from the moment that the price is quoted in writing unless the service or product quoted to them has been changed.

5.2
Digital Television Services (IOW) has the right to increase prices in the future.

6. Liability

6.1
Digital Television Services (IOW) will accept full liability to any damages directly caused by any Digital Television Services (IOW) Employee

6.2
We will not accept liability to any damage claim if for any reason a third party has interfered with a service/ product supplied and installed by Digital Television Services (IOW).

7. Claims/Warranty

7.1
Digital Television Services (IOW) will be responsible for the maintenance of any service or product supplied by us for the first 90 days or for as long as a valid maintenance policy is in place.
7.2
We will supply and fit a replacement product if a product supplied by Digital Television Services (IOW) is faulty. Except in the case of point 7.3

7.3
We will not attempt to resolve issues with a product if there has been third party interference unless a new request for work is made by you.

8. Services

8.1
We will endeavour to keep the level of our customer service to our client’s at the most professional level we can possibly offer.

8.3
We provide services at our customer’s property and will treat both property and customer with respect.

9. Payment
Once a service/product has been supplied by us. Full payment is required within 30 days.
